Self Lead Teams
BPA operates using a structure of self lead teams, which include a mix of principal consultants, senior consultants, consultants, and trainee consultants.

Each team is responsible for the development and growth of those trainee consultants, attached to their team, that will become our future leaders. Each team engages fully within the each client engagement, bringing together the appropriate level of sales, support, project management, technical management and technology management.

Technology and Your Career
BPA is fully committed to reasonably ensuring that our staff have agnostic access to the best available technology to meet the demands of the client sectors we service.

University Partnerships
BPA is already building industry partnerships with Australia's leading training institutions to ensure that we have the opportunity to meet and grow the business process leaders that are our future.
